I’m an instructional designer with 10+ years in the industry and lifelong learner who consistently looks to the future. I have led the implementation of new technologies, including AI, data collection, and webVR, in the learning and development organization of a Fortune 50 company.
Enterprise wide course launches are familiar ground to me: I have been a lead instructional designer for the annual Brandon Hall award winning Code of Conduct training for 7 years; in that time, the course has been completed over 1 million times. The annual redesign of the learning experience has led to increases in learner engagement and using data collected through xAPI we have evolved the learning experience to meet the changing needs of learners.
I am proud to have led teams in developing innovative learning experiences; I am equally proud to have served as a mentor, elevating my team’s work to new levels. To me leadership is not about an organization chart, it's about how you uplift your peers and contribute to the health of an organization.
